From inception in 1996 this corporations the focus was, is, and always will be quality of work and the value and safety of its clients. Customer care is rare these days and is slowly creeping its way back into our lives. Some companies side-stepped this area and got crushed or hurt their reputations, losing valuable assets...customers. CSSW didn't budge on that idea; "With the type of business we're in, you just don't do that kind of thing; that would be business suicide." says V.P. Bonnie Slimm. They didn't go from a hand full of customers to over three hundred fifty in just a few years by siding customer service.
Knowing them for the past few years and working with them for the last several months, they have grown their last seventy-five plus customers. A large quantity of their clients come from mouth-to-mouth.They are just about keeping up, Steve says, "The way we do it is to work the weekends and extra during the week to keep everyone happy, not including the emergency service that's provided. That's a good thing." They may be looking to hire in the near future if things keep growing the way they are now, I'm told.
Steve runs sales and service part of the business, while Bonnie runs the office. Keeping in touch throughout the day to make sure all clients have their personal and business needs met.
