Sphere People Thinking

Mr. Steve Harvey
Steve Harvey said it this way, "Act like a success, think like a success!" which is the title of his book. Successful people know where they're going, what they're doing, and won't let mediocrity stand in their way.

Most importantly, they know "WHY" they are doing what they do. Success is more than money, though money will come as an added benefit.

                                "Success is a satisfied life-style!"

They don't walk with their heads down, talk negativity,  and they don't sulk over  temporary defeat. They admit to the failure realizing that it's not they themselves, but a minor setback.

Spherical people hold their heads up, knowing the future success is just ahead. They are well rounded in their thinking. They are the true leaders of today and tomorrow.

Everything they do is taken to the table for consideration before making the final decision. Not that they are perfect, or even overly precautious, but the more information taken in and absorbed the better the decision. #Google helps decision makers tremendously, you can check anything out. One of their most important assets is their inner circle; that group of confidants that are truly reliable.

Sphere-Thinking takes you completely out of the "Box" realm, and puts you in the central focal point of the "Sphere" realm, where adaptability is much easier to grow with and handle. We know that saying ,"The only thing that never changes, is that everything is changing!" We who endear #spherical thinking are not afraid of the cultural differences, but rather embrace the thought of learning anew from them (all within reason).

Adaptability is a value that STP's share. They are visionaries, and most are innovators. Nothing is a major surprise with them, they will work out any venture you throw at them because losing is not an option. Some think it's 'ego', but in reality it's that they wont stand down to a project, problem, dilemma, whatever you want to call it.

"They take the broken pieces and create art."

Where do you stand in your thinking? Anyone can take a stand and out of the crowd and get away from the box mentality. It's your turn to make that move.

Jack started Arnold Group in 2002 to help grow businesses, and overcome the obstacles they faced. The idea, "Building dreams, teams, and friends for life, not just clients."
Every company deserves a chance to grow to its full potential.

Planning Is Not Scheduling Work

Planning  your work is not scheduling your work. They are both apart of a process. Process is a procedure or procedures governing an end to a mean. Each step governs the accuracy, first of itself, then, to and of the next. The whole object is to find the perfect group of steps or moves in the precise order and the precise timing (or at least as close as one can get) to complete a given cycle...

Thus  we have, Sphere-Thinking, it takes a 'no-box' mentality and brings you to a "spherical mentality" , where there are no exact walls and the sky is the limit [as far as where you want to take it]. Spheres can move thru rough terrain, up and down slopes, cutting corners with complete agility. It takes the same approach with your production. Now what would rather do, work with a box or a sphere?

Mapping  your production before it hits the manufacturing floor is where you want to start. Each work station has a set of procedures in and of itself, usually called SOP's or {standard operational procedures}. Mapping is the forerunner to a formal floor layout of the production. The objective in mapping is that your plans are made before hitting the production floor, not flow-as-you-go.

Evaluate  everything first! Progressively evaluate everything before making your physical moves. in this way, you wont get caught up side-tracking or worse, back-tracking. You don't want to say, "I should have did this first, or that ." By scoping your project into the right paths with cads or grafts, you create the opportunity to fine tune before ever hitting the production floor.

Feedback! Lots of feedback! Take Q&A from your producers, the professionals running your equipment. They know the equipment better than anybody. You may be the "BOSS", but you're still a team member. Remember, arrogance comes before the fall. As a company or organization no one is least among you, all have an important roll, no matter. In the military we all took responsibility for each other, "We Were Team", equal in all respects on the field. Though there was a commander, the respect for all was mutual. This same concept applies here. For more information on our PPP program contact us at: info@agrpllc.com

Imagine

Imagine you're on top of a mountain watching an eagle soar not far above you. He descends, swoops right by you catching a rabbit just a few yards away. The oxygen is thin, you gasp for air, your heart races, and you thought it was you he was coming for; though you know the eagle wasn't coming for you, but just maybe you were in the right place at the wrong time.

You're suddenly awakened by a knock on the office door; it’s a colleague asking to borrow your printer. He tells you he had a dream just the night before. You beckon him to tell you about it. You're gasped to find out he's had your dream.Only he  had a turtle in his dream in place of the rabbit you had.

Your colleague leaves the office and moments later the secretary knocks asking to take back the stapler you borrowed two days ago. Making small talk about the weather she mentions a dream she had a few days past. Curiously you ask her to share. The same exact dream comes up but there is twist; she has a cougar in her dream. The eagle gave the turtle and the rabbit to the cougar. One word enters in, "Bizarre!"

Now you're sitting here contemplating what's all this mean? And how does this fit in with me? What business gesture am I going to get out of this crazy somewhat insane story?
Our day-dreamer is the rabbit, he tries to get a lot done; as you can see, he burned out at his desk for a brief moment. Hurrying around makes him miss some of the details, though he's so-called detail oriented things still get by. Our man looks like he's getting a lot done, in reality he's not.

Our next guy the turtle, well, he's a procrastinator. He's slowww and steady, he eventually gets the job done perfectly, most of the time, but not on time. He is pretty much thorough, making sure every dots in place, every 'T' is crossed. The eagle swoops again and he's in trouble just as the first. Is OK to be cautious, but don't let it slow you down to the point nothing is getting finished on time. Dead-lines are dead-lines.

Our third, but by no means least, is our cougar that the eagle gave the turtle and the rabbit. The cougar is steady, sleek, Knows when to move and just at the right pace. Being cautious and proficient, everything gets done right and on time. Her reward comes not just from her boss, but basically from the turtle, whom she finishes up after, and the rabbit, whom she corrects and adds the pieces he's missed in his rushing about...

Ahh! You want to know about the eagle. The eagle is your time! You have to use time wisely and decisively. Time doesn't pull punches, she'll swoop down and take your seconds, minutes, etc. away, just like the eagle.

So you've just renewed your story of the turtle (tortoise) and the rabbit (hare). Without adding more myself, how do you fill your time to fall into place?
